MAC is the ultimate leader among the young generation when it comes to makeup. There are no other cosmetic brands out there that can guess the consumer tendencies so well and move accordingly. The latest collaboration takes the brand back to the world of fashion design. MAC is teaming up with designer Chris Chang from Poesia.
The new MAC x Chris Chang collection screams spring and summer, sand and beach, parties and shopping. All those stories are compressed in MAC’s new vibrant products, offering a total of 14 pieces, from lipsticks and eyeshadows to pressed powder and cream-color bases. Chris’s love of color and pattern is evident in her MAC collection— if you’re a fan of crazy-colored lipsticks and bold makeup looks, this is definitely the collaboration for you. The collection might seem intimidating if you’re more of a Naked palette kind of girl, but there’s a good selection of easy-to-pull off shades, too. Plus, you could easily use the bold colors in the line as accents. You could add a pop of teal shadow to your regular gray smokey eye, or you can try mixing the orange with your brown shadow. The dark purple lipstick would also be great in an ombre lip.
June 2016 is the international launch date of the collection, when it’ll be available in MAC stores, online and at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and other retailers!
